I made a mistake whilst adding an item to my basket, I hadn't realised that two other old items were still in basket. Placed order. It wasnt till received my confirmation email from childrensalon that I realized my mistake.
I phone customer service and the young lady was so lovely. She dealt with the situation without delay . She was so proffestional/approachable. The Best customer service . Well done to Childrensalon team.. Truly appreciated

I do not usually send emails like this but I really think this company deserves a recognition for the excellent customer service.
I have been your customer since my little girl age four now was born. I welcomed my baby boy 6 months ago and still love buying from you. The quality of the clothes, the shipping, delivery and what is the most important to me the customer service is excellent.
Staff are always happy to help and feel like they go above and beyond with customers questions and requires. I really don’t think many businesses these days value customers as much as you do so thank you so much for making me going back to your boutique every time I would not shop else where.

Hello,
I just wanted to let you know this order arrived - I submitted my order on Monday, and it arrived at my door on Wednesday at 4:06PM. I have no clue how you did it for $14, but that is the fastest shipping I’ve had since the pandemic began, and it had to cross an entire ocean to get here. I can’t even get anything from Amazon in fewer than three days. Just wanted to say thank you!
Oh, and the costume is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen.

Absolutely thank you for your great professional help and service, and most important, for a wonderful suit that I ordered. It took me a lot of time to search the Internet for the baby suit which would meet my specifications.
I checked many Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, and German website with no luck: either there was no a proper size or it didn't meet my specifications or the company didn't ship outside its country. At last, I had that "eureka" moment when I recalled about Childrensalon.com.
I received the item in a mint condition - beautiful and clean. No toxic smell of a plastic or a basement storage room.
The piece looked exactly as on your website. It was a pleasure to hold it in my hands.
Also, I would like to express my gratitude to Diane who had called me before my order was shipped. It was very critical for me to receive my order before Oct. 2nd due to my personal circumstances (I shared with Diane this information). I'm sure that it was due to Diane's very considerate help that I got my item as I requested - very quickly.
