I would just say that I never had an online shop so reliable as you are. If I order something, the next day I have it delivered, with a little bag of sweets in the box

Very quick and efficient,I exchanged my product for a different size and received the other size very quickly! Good quality products. Would definitely recommend!

Monica has GREAT customer service. Very very helpful and super sweet. I was in between sizes she even offered to do measurements for me so I would know what size to get . I WILL be back.

I have never taken the time to write a review of any retail establishment but I am in love with your store! There really is no comparison and I probably spend 1/4 of my idle time browsing adorable children's clothing that is timeless and impeccably made. Please let me know if you ever need an employee in the USA. I would quit my lawyer day job to work for you :) Also, I love that you carry beautiful clothes from European designers I cannot find else where. Paloma de la O is only of my favorite designers since I discovered them on our website!

My daughter's first pair of shoes arrived today and we are delighted. They arrived so beautifully packaged and she could not wait get into the box. Going to get her feet measured and buy her first shoes is yet another milestone we have missed out on but receiving these today still felt like an occasion. Thank you for the attention to detail!

Hello, Im hugely dissapointed. I just received the goods i ordered. The box was broken (clear panel not stuck to the box), the hat inside was folded incorrectly. The sun hat that should have been in a gift box according to my order, was in a ripped celephane bag and the 'armani'label is hanging off where it should be stitched to the hat. Im sorry to say I will be returning them.

I am delighted with my purchases which arrived 24 hours after I ordered them and I only paid for standard delivery. I was amazed at the lovely packaging (and the little packs of Haribos). The two coats I ordered for my grandchildren are gorgeous. The quality, price and service I have received from you is the best customer service I have received. I will certainly be ordering more clothes for my grandchildren.

I ordered two Oilily items, and one was too small, so I exchanged it for the next size up via your exchange procedure.
I must say, the time it took to receive my return and then send me out my exchange was rapid!
I can’t believe how fast it was to receive my exchange!

First the order just went very smoothly and paid for it the app is wonderfull easy to search and dive and filter
I was happy then after that the delivery was so fast which made me extra happy
