“Every fairytale needs a princess, and every princess needs her dress,” says buying manager Anca Ungureanu as we admire POCA & POCA’s ethereal dresses. “The details are what makes each piece really sing. We fell in love with the sculptural proportions, and the intricate ruffles are simply stunning.” Walking through the collection is like stepping into a magical land where a swift flick of a magic wand will grant you a spellbinding new outfit. 

“We’ve been debating in the team which dress is our favourite, but we’re finding it too tricky to choose just one,” she says. “What we can all agree on is that they’re perfect for those really special moments — birthdays, weddings, Eid, you name it.” POCA & POCA’s collection also incorporates matching hair clips into many of the looks. “You’ll find a delicate bow here and a pretty butterfly there; we think these finishing touches add to the magic of each piece."

Did you know BCBG stands for Bon Chic, Bon Genre? As for the collection, we think it’s certainly living up to its name. New for 2025, BCBGMAXAZRIA brings its sophisticated style to our selection for girls and teens, and it’s just as elegant as you’d imagine from the French-American designer. 

Senior buyer Jo Welch tells us what made her and the team fall in love with these particular styles. “The quality in every fabric is flawless. The woven tweed feels luxurious and the tulle is as light as a feather.” Jo can see the two-piece sets being loved by girls with a busy social calendar: “I’m picturing the scene already: a day in town with Mum, perhaps afternoon tea followed by a trip to the theatre. The kids’ line is directly inspired by the grown-up collection, so there’s even an opportunity to coordinate outfits too.” Take a closer look and you’ll also see delicate detailing, like shimmering sequins, woven metallic thread and, not to mention, perfectly placed bows. Simply pair with a cute shoulder bag and Mary Janes for a party-ready look.

We all know comfort is key when it comes to your baby’s clothes, which is what drew our buying team to new brand Little Me. “The designer’s signature, finely-spun cotton is used across much of the collection,” senior buyer Natalie Moody tells us. “It’s a fabric that’s loved for its durability and softness, which is perfect for delicate skin.” 

We also understand that new parents rely on fuss-free clothing for their baby’s early years, something that Natalie considers carefully when seeking out new baby brands. “I’m always looking for wearability and versatility with babywear, and that’s where Little Me shines. There are plenty of ready-to-wear outfits, plus individual items that can easily be mixed and matched with the other items in their nursery drawers. They’re simple to fasten and straightforward to wash as well.”
