I don’t leave feedback very often but I feel such great service deserves to be recognised and service such as yours doesn’t happen often!
I was firstly hugely impressed with how quickly my order was delivered, I ordered fairly late in the day and still received my order early the very next day.
The packaging of my order was clearly done with such care, it felt more like I was opening a gift! In fact, so much so that I let my son open it, and he was bowled over to find sweets in the package. He’s five years old and hasn’t stopped talking about this yet!
Finally, the coat I ordered (hatley colour change raincoat) was perfect and brilliant quality. I couldn’t be happier and neither could my son!
I will be ordering again and recommending you to friends.

Thank you for our order. I was worried when my daughter wanted a Very Hungry Caterpillar costume for Halloween that I would be stuck making something and my skill level is just not up to that challenge. I ordered well in advance because everything, everywhere is taking so long to ship lately. I was so surprised when the item arrived in the USA from the UK in just 2 days. The packaging was like opening a beautifully wrapped gift and you even included a treat. The costume is the best quality I can imagine and my daughter was shaking with excitement when she put it on. I'm so happy with this purchase I just had to let you know. Thank you!

I'm writing to give feedback for a customer service live chat I had on the 4th September.
I had a problem where the link to reset my password wasn't sent after I requested a reset directly from your Web page.
Someone called Gemma dealt with my query at about 9am and she was very professional and polite. Because of this I was able to continue using the website and I wanted to praise her for her skill and speed in sorting out the issue.
