I tried to order two items on line, which I wanted to pick up from the store in Tunbridge Wells. However, I wasn't able to choose this option from the drop down menu, so I chatted on line and told the lady on the chat line that I didn't want to pay postage and would like to collect my chosen items. She told me she would contact the store and they would be in touch when I could collect. Within an hour I had a phone call to say my items could be collected and paid for on collection. Brilliant! I wish all companies could be as efficient and obliging as Childrensalon. Well done!

Absolutely adore our recent delivery! Order came incredibly quickly (next day) and was beautifully presented and packaged. The communication was great too. The clothes I received for my son are absolutely fantastic and Childrensalon will be my “go to” from now on! (And my son loved the little packet of haribo received in the delivery too!). I opened my box and the presentation inside was so impressive!!! I have never received anything like this, the shoes I ordered for my son were only £15 too so to receive this level of service proves they go above and beyond! I will be buying from them again!!!

Thank you Childrensalon for my daughters beautiful Moncler jacket. We have been on your waiting list for the last month hoping her size will come in stock. We searched everywhere online and in shops but her size was sold out. You finally managed to get her size and we now we have a very happy teenager. Never used this site before , came across accidentally.Always shopped in New Bond street for my daughters clothes.
However we found 2 beautiful dresses (Sarah Louise ) for her Hollywood birthday party.Quick delivery and packaged well! and returns so easy to use.
