Fantastic customer service! Took a bit of back & forth to get the right product in the right size (although this would have been avoided if I'd read size guidance better!) but at every stage the Childrensalon team were incredibly quick to respond & more than helpful. The quality of the product I bought (ballet shoes) is fantastic & I'd absolutely return to them in the future. 5* company!

I received the Sarah Louise christening suit I ordered and I had to write to let you know how glad I am that I shopped at Children's Salon.
The suit is of meticulous quality and I couldn't be happier, as it is a gift for my nephews new baby. I was also impressed that it arrived in Massachusetts/U.S. just four days after ordering from the U.K., and even the packaging was beautiful!

I must say the customer service from childrensalon has been remarkable! My questions are always answered promptly and you tell me exactly what I'm looking to know. You also have the best inventory for baby clothes I have ever seen! I am confident I will be happy with the order I just placed! Thank you so much! Even though shipping may take a little longer and be a little more expensive to the US it is worth it to support such a lovely business!

I have been meaning to send this email. I bought a baby bag as a gift for my sisters baby shower a couple of weeks ago. I ordered through the website and paid extra for gift wrapping.
I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the packaging it was absolutely perfect! The bag itself was beautiful but the way it was presented made it even more special.
Thank you for those added touches they didn't go unnoticed. I will definitely be ordering from you again in future.

My favourite website bought my sons christening outfit from here and a lot of my children's clothes from here and received nothing but compliments from people. Excellent website, excellent customer service nothing is ever to much, that's why I always come back to shop here. And there gift boxes are amazing especially if your buying a gift, definitely give the wow factor.
