You are the first website that I have purchased any clothing from and the experience was truly amazing. Cost competitive, easy to use with excellent customer service and a really easy to use site operationally. I therefore thought all internet shopping was so wonderful. So I bought some other items from other sites and what a shock! They in no way compete with you on any level. So I have only one complaint. You are too good and you have tricked me into believing all internet shopping is as good. I therefore bought from another site Melijoe and when needing assistance I found the service as I expected from an internet site - hopeless. I recommend you place a warning on you entry page "WARNING THIS SITE IS UNIQUE AND ALL OTHERS MAY DISAPPOINT" Thank you for running such a professional business.

I got a faulty item and i was extremely frustrated. And when i contacted customer support (Mark) i was so amazed with the professionalism and quality of his approach. He sorted out everything for me on the spot and made me even more loyal to the store! I think its one of my favorites if not my favorite store to get items for my child. Childrensalon is the best shopping site I have came accross so far! Variety of brand, product details and descriptions, and not to mention the speed of delivery to even Macau! Normally it takes me weeks to get my items, but it took me 4 days only to receive my items, from the day I ordered. Love the packing, the website and of course the items I ordered. I already have my list to order for my second batch. Thank you Children Salon!

It was like Christmas in our house when your package arrived. I really appreciated the beautiful packaging, all the relevant paper work was in a big envelope and included was a bag of sweets which my daughter loved. The shoes were exquisite and fantastic quality. This was the first time I have ordered from you but it won't be the last, if it was possible I would have given you 10/10. Delivery was very quick.
