I just wanted to email to say thank you for some fantastic customer service. I recently queried availability of a RoRo bag through your live chat, your staff member was extremely efficient and polite, informed me that new stock was expected, offered to reserve the item and sent me an email as promised when the item was available. The process of adding the reserved item to shopping bag was amazing instead of having to hope you make it in time before someone else purchases it.
Overall, a fantastic service which worked like clockwork and a very happy customer who has now received said bag and cannot wait to see the look on my little girl's face when she opens it Christmas morning.

OMG, Thank you so much for the order that I placed for my baby boy's christening in October, I love his outfit, it was just what I was looking for and more, he looked so gorgeous in the outfit which I had to try on and it was perfect. OMG.
Thank you so much I can't Thank you enough. And it arrived in 3-5 days of placing the order & the shoes were gorgeous too.
I was in tears on how gorgeous this outfit was, except the hat which matched did not fit his head, that's OK I will get someone to open it out for his head to fit in it.
