Blue Wavy Stripes & Stars Raincoat

A fun waterproof blue raincoat for boys and girls by Frugi, with a colourful wavy stripes and white star print. Super smooth, it has welded seams, is lined in soft fleece for cosiness and has a fixed hood with an elasticated trim and matching cuffs.
