Made in soft, pleated velour with a sheen, it has a ruffled, stand-up collar, with more ruffles around the bodice and a gathered, drop-waisted skirt. The dress has beautiful, sheer lace detailing across the front and on the long sleeves, which fasten with little satin buttons on the velour cuffs. It is lined with cotton voile for comfort and fastens with a discreet zip on the back.
