This charming set is made in soft, lightweight cotton-blend poplin, beautifully hand-smocked and hand-embroidered with tonal blue and white detaiing. The long-sleeved romper has a rounded collar, decorative side tabs, cuffed legs and button fastenings. The matching cap is elasticated on the back and has a detachable strap to fasten under the chin.
