Hi all! Just want to say a massive thank you for the prompt delivery of my purchase in these random times we are in! I opened the box and stopped right there as this was a gift for my great nephew ‘Wilfie’ who was born a week ago, as the package was so well wrapped I didn’t want to disturb it! I was able to deliver it to my Niece today whilst out food shopping for them and she was absolutely delighted and said how beautifully it was wrapped! I was so concerned firstly about their welfare but how was I able to give a gift? We will definitely be shopping with you again! She has already made a list and the family are ready to buy for the beautiful boy! Just for your info I googled designer baby gifts and up you popped so glad I found you! Thank you for managing to keep providing in these hard times! I will definitely be recommending you and if there’s a way of leaving a review for you let me know! Thanks again so much, stay safe

Hi Childrensalon, I got my order today and sooo happy! Buying from you is one of the best customer experiences on the market. And definitely for children clothes. From exploring on your luxury feeling webpage - I can see what’s new season, excellent fast and helpful chat service, easy to purchase. Fast delivery. I get the box, open it and see all clothes nicely wrapped in your paper, nice greeting a small candy bag. And the clothes are nicely packed on top of eachother. Don’t change a thing!!!

Hello. I hope You are in good health. Indeed this morning the parcel arrived. The issue was: they tried to delived it a few days earlier, but since I was with my children alone and there was no one I could leave them with ( and being too small to be left alone) I asked them to deliver it to my apartment door. They refused as per pandemic and said they will only deliver it to the entrance of the building and if I want to change date and time of delivery I should do it myself on website. Since they did not announce me from what company the parcel was ( as I was expecting a few) I did not know how to proceed. Later I guessed that the parcel should have been the one from ChildrenSalon since all the other arrived. And I was affraid they will send it back so I turned to You for help. You've been very helpful and kind. Thank You for that. Also I would like to thank everyone for Your professionalism and punctuality. I hope You all are well and in good health. Oh my gosh! I LOVE your shop!! I have ordered sooo many of the sweetest things for my little granddaughter! I LOVE that you keep to an old-fashioned ideal with a contemporary touch! It’s like watching my daughter-in-law open a Christmas package every time I hand her a box from the Salon, that comes in the mail! It would be worth it simply to see her delight! We go through and choose the things she likes best and then I place the order so she never knows what will arrive! During this covid-virus Lockdown, it has been especially helpful to have such a bright spot in our long days. Thank you for such great service, speedy delivery (and I’m in the U.S.!) and beautiful packaging! That’s half the fun and my son (baby Julia’s daddy) *always* steals the candy! We LOVE Children’s Salon and I tell everyone with grandchildren to go check it out! Thank you again from our hearts! Stay well over there!

Good afternoon all, I hope you are well and keeping safe during this pandemic time. I would like to take 5mins of your time to acknowledge/point out one of your staff member that gave me an outstanding customer service today. There was a technical glitch with your website when purchasing product online and when adding home address and door number it was not recording even though it accepted my order with the door number on it and took full payment. Your staff by the name of 'Jakub' called me promptly to rectify the problem and reassured me that everything was fine now and solved followed by a complimentary email of the confirmation which made me feel at ease. To him it might be just another day at the office but to me it meant the alot. I only have a daughter which I devote all my time when i'm not at work, her 2nd birthday is next month and ordered a size '36 month' fit Gucci dress. Given the current climate, Jakub not only rectified the glitch, he confirmed other details and made further changes so the delivery is a smooth sail and arrives to me on time incase I need to change sizes till my daughters big day. Jakub also spent time listening to the reason for the purchase and made me feel like someone out there cares. Jakub is a credit to his work ethic and a real credit to the company. I would really appreciate it if you can make some time and compliment his hard work. Thank you for all you're hard work and please stay safe. Ps. I shall return next month for the Gucci pumps
