White Floral Hair Garland

Girls special occasion floral garland hairband by Sienna likes to party. The wire band is covered in white satin and the top is decorated with beautiful lace flowers with beaded centres and gold filigree leaves. There are two organza ribbons to secure the band to the back of the head.
