Girls aqua blue and gold dress for a special occasion by British designer David Charles. Made in shiny floral crêpe jacquard, there is a pretty ruffle around the bodice. It has shoulder straps and off-the-shoulder sleeves with a large bow on the cuffs. Below the satin underlay is a tulle-frilled cotton lining for extra volume.
