It has comfortable, elasticated velour and tulle straps, and is easy to wear, simply pulling on. The gathered white satin skirt is overlaid with strips of purple, blue and pink tulle, with coordinating floral appliqués on the waist. The beautiful tulle wings have white glittery trims and elasticated purple satin straps.
