With a new year under way, there was one destination on many of our customers’ itineraries: the mountains! Lots of you have been hitting the slopes and sharing their best ski moments with us, complete with the cosiest outdoor clothes from our snow and ski collections. Budding ski star Clementine provided us with plenty of slopeside outfit inspiration, including this après-ski look, layered up with the cosiest Balmain sweatshirt. “After a hard day on the slopes racing with my ski team, it was nice to get ready for dinner in some comfy but still stylish clothes,” Clementine said. 

For our customer Hana and her three little ones, they were lucky enough to enjoy the snow closer to home. “We have a park near our house that is so beautiful where we can sled and make snowmen,” Hana tells us. And to keep warm, Maria, Monika and Michael were wrapped up in their Moncler Enfant jackets and hats, with matching Moon Boots. “The girls were throwing snowballs at each other, and Michael, our youngest, was laughing so much. They also made snow angels and he was trying to copy them. It was a really fun day.”

Tannaz, Mum to Iris and Violette

From the slopes to the sweetest moments, what better way to show your little ones how much you care than with a special outfit they can love now and forever? Our wonderful customer Tannaz, mum to daughters Iris and Violette, celebrated the 14th of February in style. “Childrensalon is always my first stop whenever I’m looking for something special for my daughters,” she shared with us. “The girls were so excited to wear their beautiful Piccola Speranza outfits, and they felt just like little princesses; they didn’t want to take them off!”

Speaking of princesses, Marchesa’s dreamy tulle dress was the centrepiece to another very special day. “Brooklyn got to wear this beautiful dress for her birthday,” said Brooklyn’s mum, Brynn. “It was so comfortable and she looked adorable; her favourite part was that it was light pink, her favourite colour, and it had pretty flowers on the front!"

We love being part of your family’s most memorable milestones, and weddings are something that we do best here at Childrensalon! Celebrating her daughter Emily and son-in-law Dan's big day, Eleanor was as proud as can be seeing both the bride and her little pageboy — Eleanor’s grandson Freddie — walking down the aisle. “At his mum and dad’s wedding, Freddie stole the show in his Emile et Rose outfit set, complete with bow tie and a matching hat,” Eleanor told us, “but somehow his bow tie went missing!” Our customer service team came to the rescue to ensure that Freddie could enjoy wearing his outfit again and again. “The kind team at Childrensalon made one specially for Freddie, and sent it all the way to Australia — our sincere thanks for the best customer care in the world!”

As well as birthday milestones and all the other special occasions there are to celebrate, christenings are a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, and one that calls for the most special little outfit. “I was so in love with my daughter’s Romano christening dress,” said Caitlyn, mum to baby Jordyn. “The quality was next to none. It was lightweight, so it didn't irritate her throughout the ceremony, and we paired it with these sweet shoes from Sarah Louise.”

After all those parties and big celebrations, a much-needed holiday was next on the agenda! From sun-drenched beaches to the hotel poolside, our Childrensalon family has been kicking back and enjoying a bit of winter sun. After a fun packed snow day earlier in the year, Hana’s crew headed to warmer climates, which called for our Sun & Swim collections! “Maria was relaxed by the pool; she loved her new Chloe swimsuit with the matching bag and sliders,” Hana told us. “We enjoyed hanging out in the spa, it was lovely to have some mommy-daughter time together.”

A sunshine getaway is always fun with siblings by your side, especially when you have the outfits to match the destination. Olivia and her two brothers, William and Winston, were ready for a sunshine adventure in Mexico, dressed in their coordinated Burberry outfits. “We can’t match our personalities,” Olivia said, “but we can match outfits! We love to play together in the sand and we love to spend time in the pool.”
