We are inviting you to show us your beautiful images on Instagram by using the hashtag #ChildrensalonFamily and tagging us in your post.

We want to share as many of your pictures as possible! Here are our top tips for capturing the perfect image:

1. Keep it simple: Keep the background free from distractions and let the outfit speak for itself. 
2. Less is more: Over edited or filtered images are less likely to be featured.
3. Find the light: Soft, natural lighting is the best way to show off your little one’s outfit.
4. Act natural: Keep it candid and let their personalities shine through.
5. And last but not least: Don’t forget to smile :) 

By responding to our request with the hashtag #YesCS, you agree to the following: in consideration of us posting your photograph on our social media channel(s), you grant Childrensalon a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any photos and moving content in relation to which you have responded #YesCS, hereinafter referred to as “Photos and Moving Content” for its marketing and/or in its advertising, including the online store, newsletters, catalogs, email, social media – Childrensalon channels and paid social media, store materials and other customer communications. Childrensalon may use, reproduce, distribute, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit your Photos and Moving Content in its sole discretion.

You hereby represent and warrant that (i) you own all rights in and to your Photos and Moving Content, (ii) you have permission from any person(s) appearing in your Photos and Moving Content to grant the rights herein, and (iii) Childrensalon’s use of your Photos and Moving Content will not violate the rights of any third party or any law. You hereby unconditionally and irrevocably waive in respect of the Photos and Moving Content all moral rights to be identified as the author of the Photos and Moving Content. You release and discharge Childrensalon from all and any obligation to pay you for any use of your Photos and Moving Content and any of the intellectual property rights contained therein in connection with the uses described above; and You hereby release, discharge and agree to hold Childrensalon and any person acting on Childrensalon’s behalf harmless from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with use of the Photos and Moving Content as described above.

You consent to the use of the Photos and Moving Content to be processed by Childrensalon acting as the data controller. Childrensalon shall process personal data in accordance with its privacy policy. You have the right to withdraw the consent you have given at any time by emailing the Company's customer service team at info@childrensalon.com. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out by the Company before you withdraw your consent.
